I am the owner of Forever Fit. I started this business in 2003 and still enjoy teaching people to exercise in a safe and fun manner. I grew up in Miamisburg, Ohio and now reside in Beavercreek with my husband and daughter. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Biology from Wright State University. I am certified by American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist. I am Zumba certified and also have experience with with prenatal training. My desire for Forever Fit is to provide a comfortable environment for people to improve their health through fitness. I have a passion for working with clients who do not have much experience with exercise. I enjoy being able to educate people, watch them become physically stronger and grow on their fitness journey. When I am not training others I enjoy spending time with family & friends, running, dancing and reading
